These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cebi Dijital AI Bot platform operated by Çebi Medya (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
 

1. Description of Service

Cebi Dijital AI Bot is a cloud-based business messaging automation platform that enables companies to communicate with users across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Our platform provides tools for chatbot creation, conversation workflows, customer engagement, and analytics.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use the service. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
 

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our platform, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to send spam, phishing, or abusive content

  • Violate any applicable laws or Meta Platform policies

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
 

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to such data collection and processing.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Çebi Medya a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
 

6. Integration with Third-Party Services

Our platform relies on integration with external services, including:

  • Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger)

  • n8n GmbH for automation workflows (GDPR-compliant data processor)

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party platforms.
 

7. Fees and Payments

Some features of the platform may be subject to fees. If applicable, you agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes in a timely manner. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
 

8. Service Availability and Support

We aim to provide reliable access to our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend, update, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.

Support is available through our official contact channels.
 

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the platform and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Çebi Medya. You may not use our brand, logos, or copyrighted material without written permission.
 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the service. Upon termination, your access to the platform and data may be restricted or deleted.
 

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results from use of the platform. Çebi Medya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
 

13. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance.
